1. Adjust the moving stroke of the arms of 3-axis robots: Adjust the crosswise stroke of the two arms so that they won't hit each other. Then adjust the vertical stroke of the two arms to it's bottom, to contact the snubbers. Then tight the screws.
2. Test: Make sure the 3-axis robot movement area is safe. Set the robot operating system as you need and choose "automatic". Press "open mold" and then "close mold" button on injection machine, to test and see if robot is working automatically. Normally: When open-mold finished, robot will move down to get products, at this time, only thimble can work, mold can't be closed even you press close-mold button manually. After robot arms moved up outside the mold, if there is no alarm, mold can be closed. If there is alarm, need to open the safety door and make sure the mold area is safe, no products or runners remained and then close the safety door. Note: After you close the safety door, robot arms will move to Z axes and then move down. Please stay away from the robot moving area.
3. After the 3-axis robot signals and functions are tested and confirmed normal, you can install the jigs on robots arms and start production.
