In the context of general robotics, most types of robots would fall into the category of robotic arms. Some robots are programmed to faithfully carry out specific actions, like take out finished products over and over again(repetitive actions) without variation and with a high degree of accuracy. These take out actions are determined by programmed routines that specify the direction, acceleration, and distance of a series of coordinated motions. In a word, take out robot arm is mainly applied to pick and place finished products to an appointed area through specified program.
