First step: we have a foundation to fix the whole robot arm. Next, we set up the traverse and anteroposterior girder, just like to draw a X, Y axis on the blank paper. After that we start to assemble the robot arms and install it on the girder. And then we start assembling the component on each arm and girder. Meanwhile, we have staff to operate the electric cabinet. After setting up the electric cabinet on the robot arm, we gonna start the connection of the air tube. Finally, we have professional operator to connect the signal and drive. After completing these installation, we will start testing the robot, testing all the function are OK, and running it. That is a rough procedure of assembling a robot arm.
