The Detailed Working Procedures of Injection Robot Arm


All the movement of injection robot arms which are work with injection machines are under control by the control system, especially, the coordination between injection moulding machine and robot arm. Usually, the robot arms will follow the procedure below when it is grab the products and spray mold release:
1. Robot arms go down to cause mold opening.
2. Injection machine eject the finished plastic product and send out the ejection signal to injection robot arm.
3. Robot arms take out the finished product form the cavities and spray the mold release into cavity.
4. Robot arms go up and leave away cavity.
5. Robot arms send out the signal of mold closing to injection machine and let it close mold.
6. Robot arms move to specific area and drop off products.
7. Robot arms back to situ and prepare for next movement.
