Mechanized pipe arrangement device of workover rig electric racking platform is an advanced achievement of the trial repair company in promoting the implementation of the "four modernizations" construction, aiming at further reducing the risk of aerial work, reducing the field labor intensity, improving the operation efficiency, and providing equipment support for special actions of improving quality and efficiency. Qing S23526 team is the first team in the trial repair company to introduce this device. Since the project started, the company's core team and Chongqing Project Department have followed the whole process. Based on the actual situation on the site, it has repeatedly surveyed the composite dimensions, checked the strength, followed up and coordinated the on-site installation.
 
On July 25th, when the equipment arrived at the site, the cadres and staff of the Chuanqing S23526 team scientifically organized the construction, cleaned up and installed more than 20 boxes of equipment and accessories one by one, and installed the newly-made special racking platform, electric manipulator, hydraulic elevator, pneumatic slips and control devices in an orderly manner under the guidance of field service engineers.
 
In the process of tripping, the newly installed pure electric drive, folding arm type double-deck manipulator is used to discharge and take out the pipe string, which can realize the unmanned operation of the double-deck during tripping. On August 1st, the installation and debugging of the manipulator on the second-floor platform was drawing to a close, and the company's equipment department organized on-site practical and theoretical training and introduced in detail the equipment structure principle, operation rules and emergency treatment.
