In addition, after the installation is completed by the production department of the company, the installation personnel will debug and run the machine to ensure that the machine runs for 1000 times or 48 hours without any problems before it can be put into storage. As for traceability of quality, when the machine of our company is in trouble, it can be traced back to which batch of parts and assemblers for further adjustment, which is convenient for the company to improve the yield quality.
Runma takes one-hour service circle as the benchmark, that is, under normal circumstances, our after-sales service personnel only need one hour's drive from our company to your company, which basically means that the problems of the same day can be solved that very day.
For customers who have bought our manipulators, we adheres to the service concept of "one-year warranty and lifelong maintenance". On the installation day, we will arrange institutional engineers and electronic control engineers to train your staff in order to teach them how to use the manipulator and to adjust the jig. Fifteen days after installation, our technicians will make a visit to your company from time to time to teach about the maintenance of the manipulator. In addition, Runma will check the manipulator free of charge every three months to ensure a longer service life of the product.
