What is bottle blowing machine?
Bottle blowing machine is a machine which blows bottle.
When explaining in simple terms, it is a machine that can blow plastic particles (softened into liquid) or finished bottle blanks into bottles by certain technological means. Bottle blowing machine is a kind of equipment that makes plastic particles into hollow containers by blow molding process. At present, the more common types of machines include hollow extrusion blowing machine which uses PP and PE in one take, injection-drawing-blowing bottle blowing machine which uses PET, PC or PP for two times, and newly developed multi-layer hollow extrusion blowing and stretch blow molding.
Working principle of bottle blowing machine:
1. Preheating.
Irradiates bottle blank through infrared high-temperature lamp tube, and heats and softens the bad part of bottle blank. In order to keep the shape of bottle mouth, there is no need to heat this part. Instead, a certain cooling device is needed to cool it.
2. Blow molding.
In this stage, the preheated bottle blank is placed in the blow mold and inflated with high pressure. Blow the bottle blank into the required bottle. The full-automatic bottle blowing machine combines the two operations of bottle blowing through the operation of the manipulator, thus eliminating the process of manually putting preheated bottle blanks into the blow mold in the course, thus greatly speeds up the productivity.
